The guy on radar duty is simply following his instructions for the day,
reacting to complaints from area residents, etc., trying to do "traffic
calming" to decrease the # of accidents. If in fact, the speed limit should
be 60 but is posted as 45 as a "revenue source".....then simply go after your
legislators and have them do a study and change the damn speed limit. Same
thing for stop signs blocked by trees....call the highway department and have
the tree trimmed. Just make sure you took a picture of it first for your
court appearance. Uncle Jack.....gotta laugh.....
