Sure it would with a quaife diff and some wide roadrace slicks. But with
that much power and grip on an A1 chassis car you'd need really good lower
front bracing for the suspension pickup points. Prolly no less than a
triangulated autotech brace. I actually broke the front chassis welds in 9
places in an A1 scirocco II at autox. If it would have been braced that
wouldn't have happened I'm sure. Also the car was pretty abused before I got
it, plus my balls to the wall, redline almost every shift even on the
street, driving.... didn't help much either. But any car after years of use,
the chassis will flex more so good bracing or even better a cage and bracing
helps alot.
