Last year, some local regions were already using MAE. Listing your event and
online registration is free. If you want to use online registration with
PayPal payments, etc. there is a nominal per entrant fee which you can pass
along to your entrants or the club can eat it. They support TS99 and Vitek's
Axware file formats.
