Nobody's running Howie's index at SFR events, unless you want to restructure for
your own amusement. We're using the PAX index, period. Howie changes his rules 
too
often to maintain any kind of consistency, and his numbers may or may not be 
based
on anything more than a perceived need of the moment, in other words: nothing 
but
an estimation.
