I agree that some information is good, and since people share when list members
are helpful, then to be balanced shouldn't they be able to share problems?
Remember that EBay has a rating system for their participants, how well would it
work without it?
And even though a vendor or list member is perhaps usually helpful, if there is 
a
screw-up then time to take responsibility. Screw-ups will multiply if they can
exist in the dark.
I don't know exactly what happened and have no dealings, and therefor no 
opinions
about Ross. But if anyone has had unfair dealings with any list member I would
like to know. Perhaps an off list e-mail after a general reference to the whole
list would be a way to go.
