FWIW; I have bought several items from Ross, (and every other vendor on this
list) and have always found him to be fair, a little slow on getting it to me,
but, always fair.

One thing I think you will find on this list is that we do not enjoy bashing
the vendors or each other on this list. I could cite just as many instances
where Ross has been helpful to me. I have had problems with vendors too. I
think in any business like our vendors have you will always find that you
can't please everyone. I also think that your issues with Ross are none of
my business and I don't really need to hear about it.
There is an old saying in Las Vegas: "Keep your eyes on your money." It
sounds to me like the seats were left at Ross's place and that he heard no
information from the P.O. about them. If the P.O. really wanted the seats he
should have either picked them up or had them shipped.
So if you have a problem with Ross, don't use him. Seeking revenge on the
list is a waste of time and bandwidth.
