I heard here some time ago, and it made sense, that if someone is trying
to run a scam online, they won't do it by collecting used Triumph parts,
they'll do it by collecting cash (or cheques).  For that reason, trades
here are safer when the goods go first, then the payment follows.  I don't
need to reiterate all that's been said about honesty and the listers and
their community (Oops, I just did) but this seems to go along with it.
