If it is a name I recognize from the list, I try to get the part and the
money sent out at the same time, but that is a judgement call you have to
make. I base the success of this system on reputation. I would not like to
have someone vent his displeasure at a transaction with me, to all of you on
the list, so honesty is critical.
I've got one like this in the mail right now; he shipped and I mailed,
hopefully we both will smile soon.
I did have one occasion in which I felt the parts were not described
accurately and could not be used by me. We resolved it amicably, but the
bottom line is to know exactly what you are buying before you purchase.
That way, no one leaves the transaction with bad feelings.
