My condolences to Bob Kramer on a switch in occupation which requires
that you give up driving the 6 almost every day. In your spot, I
would locate and add the air conditioning and get back to the 6
almost every day. Felt a little bad about posting about the Texas
humility and making the NW weather sound too good. As a native
Texan, I feel like I can poke a little fun at Texans. And as for the
NW weather, we can always tell summer has arrived here because the
raindrops feel a trifle warmer. It's raining lightly here today.
This is why I have spent time working on getting the top in place
before getting to the brakes and steering. I think we all make
adjustments on the cars to allow us to keep this grand old technology
on the road and us behind the wheel.

I have decided to pull up the carpet I just put down and add the
reflective insulating material.

Wish I had signed on to the list a month earlier.

Thank you to everyone for the great information posted here everyday.

Mike
