For people like me who happen to live behind a "firewall" owned and
operated by the US Air Force I would be effectively eliminated from the
list because the AF blocks all access to news groups.  The only method I
would have to accessing the list would be through something like
www.Deja.com which I can assure you is pretty much worthless when it
comes to reading news.
