Fred,

The good news is that in most (but sadly, not all) instances, you have a
choice of how and/or where to spend your $$$. I have a much bigger problem
with #1 than the others. Number 1 clearly shows little regard for his
customers, if he is willing to push them back to charge extra $$$ by jumping
a later arriving customer ahead in line. If he dropped that policy, his lead
times would probably shorten and then all of his customers would be happier.

With numbers 2 & 3, you know the rules ahead of time, and from that you can
decide whether it is worth your while to do business with them.
