Well first off I can't believe that you could fit that
size a tire in there.  I have 175/70/13 on Panasports
and I had a bit of tire rub with lots of luggage in
the trunk so I ground the lip of the panel and I am
fine.  I would say DO NOT change the off set of the
wheel, this will hurt the bearings badly.  Try a
smaller tire.  Remember the stock tire was a
155/80/13!
