I concur with Bob on verifying that your engine is in proper tune and the cooling system is operating properly, particularly the thermostat. When I first purchased my BN7 it had overheating problems

Didn't think about that one. Shortly before changing out the water pump, I relocated from Seattle, WA to South Florida. After installing the new pump I re-filled the cooling system with approx. 30%
