Thanks to everyone who replied. Ive got some Redline MT90 on its way which I'll try first. If I dont like the way the gearbox feels, then I'll move on to the 30W oil. At least I know I wont be doing

Red Line 70W80 Gear Oil satisfies 30W Motor Oil requirements. That is what I am using (the Red Line).......75W90 would seem to me to be thicker.......(but then how is 70W Gear = 30W Motor?????)......
