 That's about it. 
 I would suggest however, if you have a die grinder or Dremel, you use one 
of these instead of drilling.
 The slot in the screw is going to create havoc with a drill bit. 
 The screw is a beveled seat, about 3/16 diameter shank I think. Only 
about 1/2 inch long total. Not mild steel so hard to get a bit started. A 
stone will be your best bet.
 Try to salvage the drums just in case....
 GT6 drums run about $70-$80. You can save some $$$ by ordering from Dick 
Burger at BPC. Good man to deal with. No, I don't work for BPC and I'm 
not related to Dick.
