Carl, et al....Bill Scott has for  many years ....been raising lots of money 
through spectator event "charity rides" for the local high school drivers ed 
program...as well as offering instructional driving time for students.  He 
has made that attempt already.  Unfortunately, this contribution only taps 
into community good will ...when the neighborhood kids become driving 
age....and right now...many of the newer developments have younger family 
members with just grade school age children....where the benefit factor 
hasn't kicked in yet!
