I was just trying to find somebody that would
tell me it was OK to take the easy way out.  I
spent the better part of a year putting the car
together without suspension, and was hoping
somebody would say: "Try it first".  Nobody did. 
I am going to just buy some new 2X3 mild steel
tubing and start with a fresh frame.  I'll use
the VW torsion bar front end (somebody else on
this list has already had satisfactory results
with that setup).  I have some ladder bars
already, so I'll weld up plates on the axle
housing and use the ladderbars with coilovers. 
It's not like I have to be in a hurry to get to
the race track any more.  I can take my time on
the roadster and have fun with the Camaro.
