I find pull down is much easier to adjust/tighten, especially if you have
more than one driver.  Y style is probably easier to mount, but individual
is required for some road racing if you plan to do that.  If you want good
quality, low cost check out Racer Wholesale. They have a 5-piont individual
shoulder system for $60 and a H style for $70. 800-886-RACE or
