old guy left the flywheel department when inertia starters were in use and
didn't need to look at the drawing when he went back to flywheels 'cause he
knew how to do it!
Yes this does happen, had an incidence of this at work just before
christmas!

A very good point!  I can attest to how difficult it is to get assembly
people to refer to the d**n drawing instead of relying on memory.  Even
sending out revised drawings and destroying the old drawing is no guarantee
that the changes will be implemented.

A 2X4 helps.
