Wow, some Utah Region folks get noticed at Topeka, uh, er, say, lovely
weather for this time of year.

   Spray paint is cheap, easily available, and easily applied.  Works just
   fine on magnetic vynil sheet (after you cut your numbers out).

If you want to get overly fastidious about it, or are working on a car's
paint anyway, most automotive finishes will stick just fine to the vinyl.
There's even flexible additives made for the common paints like Du Pont's
Centari or PPG's Delstar products, which will help prevent the paint from
cracking after time.  But then, a pint of these often cost you about $20
or so.  Like buying a beer at Baby Doll's!  So I've been told, guys talk,
you hear things.
