I can't remember the last time I had to change rotors because they were bad.
I have upgraded the front brakes on the e46 and e36 both and they both are
using the first sets of rotors that they came with. The rotors on the e36
are from 3 years ago and they were transferred from the purple donor car
(Daytona Violet for you old timers), may it rest in peace! You should go
through many pads before you ever need to change your rotors.

All that good rotor wear is not contributed to Ferodos since I'm only on my
second set. I've had success with Performance Friction PF90s (now PF97s)
and Pagid oranges. PF pads are not suitable for street since they have no
clips and rattle a lot. They also squeal like a big semi truck.

Hey Navid-

I am interested in more of your experiences with the Ferodos. Are they
chewing through your rotors faster than the OEM pads? How many sets of
pads do you go through for each set of rotors? Not that it is of dire
importance but how much dust do these make relative to OEM.

Thanks for your opinions

Matthew
