production of tooling for many parts. TRF owns that tooling. If they go out

business, they may sell the tooling or may not. It may get sold as scrap.

The tooling has value if there is a demand for the part and if CAR doesn't
set up a side business manufacturing parts he can peddle the tooling to
someone who will.  And for good money, too.  I really doubt they will be
scrapped if there is a demand for the part.
