I am going to say that they were originally all red here in the US. The amber and red is a European Market lens. I would say correct for the TR5. Some may argue that West Coast TR250's had amber but

I put one in my 70 Spitfire MK 3 autocross machine and along with the Tilton race clutch/aluminnum flywheel conversion it will now lay rubber with both wheels and with the 455 diff it is a rocket off
